This coming Thursday, March 13, 7:00 p.m., the Blue Morel Restaurant, 2 Whippany Road, Morristown, New Jersey, will welcome Jose Manuel Ortega Fournier, founder of O. Fournier Winery, for a special wine dinner.
O Fournier is a unique group producing wines in Mendoza (Argentina), Maule (Chile), and Ribera del Duero (Spain).
Chef Kevin Takafuji has created a four-course menu of hearty dishes like slow roasted Berkshire pork belly, tea-smoked duck breast, and Korean-style beef sirloin to be paired with the wines.
