On Saturday, March 22, 5:30 p.m., the Frog and the Peach, 29 Dennis Street at Hiram Square, New Brunswick, New Jersey, will host a special six-course dinner focusing on the flavors of the Spanish tradition paired with six wines from some of the peninsula’s finest producers.
This dinner is presented in conjunction with the New Jersey chapter of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, the venerable gastronomic society and is also open to the general public.
