Second Course: Rabbit, Chestnut Tortellini, Maitake Mushroom, Brussels Sprout Leaves; Wine Pairing: 2010 Gevrey Chambertin, Symphonie, Alain Burguet
Third Course: Red Legged Partridge, Pear, Honeycomb, Pickled Elderberries; Wine Pairing: 2011 Napa Valley, Cabernet Sauvignon, Hall Vineyards
Fourth Course: Venison, Chocolate, Blackberry, Coffee; Wine Pairing: 2012 Napa Valley, Zinfandel, “Black Chicken,” Robert Biale
Fifth Course: “A Walk in the Forest”; Wine Pairing: 2012 Maury, Domaine des Fagayra
The cost of the five-course game dinner is $135.00 per person; $185.00 per person with wine pairings (plus tax & gratuity).
