Located in the former Jack’s Steaks & Shakes at 16 East Gay Street, The Classic Diner will open for business in West Chester, PA, on Monday, December 8, 2014. The Diner will serve breakfast and lunch from 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. seven days a week.
The Classic Diner West Chester will offer a fare similar to the popular Malvern location, including the renowned eggs Benedict, “famous bacon,” brioche French toast, and a wide array of lunch offerings. In addition, the new location will include a Classic Diner “To Go” counter, featuring house-made breads, sticky buns, baked goods, and a coffee bar.
“We are excited to offer made-from-scratch baked goods and coffee to go in West Chester,” notes Managing Partner Linda Farrell. “The To Go counter in Malvern is very popular, so we hope the foot traffic in the Borough will take advantage of the quick and easy service.
The Classic Diner opened in Malvern in 1995 and has earned many rave reviews and awards, including “Best of Philly Diner” by Philadelphia magazine, “Best Main Line Diner” by Main Line Today, and “County Lines Best Breakfast” by County Lines magazine. The restaurant uses only the freshest ingredients to prepare the house-made menu items, resulting in delectable meals that rival some of the best meals served in many upscale Philadelphia restaurants.
Bon Appétit!
