On New Year’s Eve, Wednesday, December 31, 2014, from 6:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m., chef/proprietor Todd Villani of Terre à Terre, 312 Hackensack Street, Carlstadt, New Jersey, will prepare a gala dinner using locally sourced seasonal ingredients for a rewarding farm-to-table dining experience. There will also be special music to cap off a very special evening.
