Appetizers (Choice of): Mushroom Bisque with Chestnuts & Marjoram… Smoked Trout Mousse, Smoked Salmon & Smoked Sardine with Apple-Celeriac Salad… Arugula & Radish Sprouts with Pear, St. Nectaire, Smoked Duck and Lemon-Olive Oil… Gently Poached Local Oyster in Horseradish Sauce… Foie Gras & Chicken Liver Pâté with Pomegranate Gelée

The special Christmas menu will be served on Christmas Eve from 5:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. and Christmas Day, 1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. The à la carte menu will not be available. The Christmas menu is priced at $62.00 per person (plus beverages, tax & gratuity).
