On Wednesday evening, December 31, 2014, Chakra Restaurant in Paramus, New Jersey, will celebrate the New Year with a four-course dinner, live DJ, party favors, and a midnight toast. The four-course New Year’s Eve menu ($138.00 per person, plus beverages, tax & gratuity), replete with Chef Thomas Ciszak’s signature dishes, will be served with seatings from 8:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Guests may also enjoy an early dinner from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. with a three-course menu ($79.00 per person, plus beverages, tax & gratuity).
