On New Year’s Eve, 2014, Executive Chef Giuseppe Lentini of Grissini’s Restaurant, 484 Sylvan Avenue, Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, will prepare a special four-course prix fixe menu, a casually sophisticated take on la vera cucina Italiana.
The evening will begin with a selection of Antipasti, then Primi of Risotto Grissini or Gnudi al Burro, Salvia & Parmigiano. This will be followed by a choice of either potato-crusted filet of halibut or Colorado roasted lamb loin with salsify purée. Then, of course, Dolci to conclude the meal. A Champagne toast at midnight, a DJ, and live music will add to the festivities.
