Satis BistroOn Wednesday, January 21, 2015, 7:30 p.m., Satis Bistro, 212 Washington Avenue, Jersey City, New Jersey, and Cool Vines will host a “Winter Wine Dinner,” featuring a menu prepared by Executive Chef Michael Fiorianti.

Event hosts are Liz Farely, Regional Director, Kermit Lynch Wines; Mark Consits, Proprietor/Owner, Cool Vines LLC; and Kelly Gottlieb, New Jersey Sales Manager, IPO Wines.

Amuse: Fried Oyster, Meyer Lemon Crème Fraiche, Horseradish Beets; Wine Pairing: Sommariva, Prosecco di Conegliano-Valdobbiadene Superiore, Veneto, Italy

First Course: Pear & Farro, Roasted Carrot Vinaigrette; Wine Pairing: 2013 Domaine Trotereau, Quincy Sauvignon Blanc, Loire, France

Second Course: Crab & Caramelized Fennel Ravioli, Slow-Roasted Tomato Broth; Wine Pairing: 2012 Clos Sainte Magdelaine, Cassis Blanc, Provence, France

Third Course: Smoked Mangalitsa Pork Sirloin, Fig-Braised Kale & Kumquat Chili Marmalade; Wine Pairing: 2011 Riofavara, Eloro Nero D’Avola, Sicily, Italy

Fourth Course: Grilled Double-Cut Lamb Chop, Sicilian Caponata, Pine Nuts, Salsa Verde; Wine Pairing: 2012 Breton, Bourgueil “La Dilettante” Cabernet France, Loire, France

Dessert: Artisanal Cheese Plate
