Restaurant Nicholas in Red Bank, New Jersey, has managed to secure one final shipment of Italy’s most sought after hidden treasures and has created a special new menu for the occasion. For four days only, Tuesday, March 24 – Friday, March 27, this will be the final opportunity to enjoy black truffles in 2015.

Amuse: Chestnut, Butternut Squash, Black Truffle
First Course: Mushroom Soup, Foie Gras Chantilly, Coconut Foam, Black Truffles
Second Course: Hen Egg Ravioli, Truffle Butter Sauce
Third Course: Butter-Poached Nova Scotia Lobster, Chestnut Angolotti, Prosciutto, Black Tuffle
Fourth Course: Braised Short Rib “Bourguignon,” Black Truffle Pommes Mousseline
Fifth Course: Strawberry, Truffle Sabayon
