Stockton Inn Launches Five-Course Lobster Tasting Menu

Stockton Inn - ExteriorOn Wednesday, August 5, 2015, Executive Chef Alan Heckman of the Stockton Inn, 1 South Main Street, Stockton, New Jersey, will partner with celebrated Philadelphia Chef Al Paris for a five-course tasting menu featuring the quintessential summertime favorite – lobster. The tasting menu will be available through Sunday, September 6.

Chilled Lobster Mole: Charred Chili, Chocolate and Pickled Avocado

Maine Lobster Bisque: Burnt Apple Marmalade and Crème Fraiche

Grilled Lobster Sausage: Scallop and Tomato-Riesling Gastrique

Lobster Summer Bean Cassoulet: Lobster Tail and Orange-Glazed Pork Belly

Raspberry-Lavender Shortcake: Port-Lobster Syrup

With the exception of the launch night, August 5, the Stockton Inn’s seasonal à la carte menu will also be available.
