Stockton Inn Launches Duck Tasting Dinner Menu

Stockton Inn - InteriorThe Stockton’s Inn’s Executive Chef, Alan Heckman, will partner with Philadelphia-based Chef Nick Farina for an autumnal tasting menu featuring duck, a fall foodie favorite. Mr. Farina is the chef/owner of the award-winning Verdad Restaurant & Tequila Bar in Bryn Mawr; Union Taco in Manayunk; and EAT, a 25-seat pop-up destination in Philadelphia’s Northern Liberties neighborhood.

The 5-course duck degustation launches on Wednesday, September 30, 2015, and will be available through Sunday, November 1.

Duck & Dumplings: Buttermilk Dumpling, Thyme, Duck Crackling

D-L-T with Quail Egg: Duck Bacon, Arugula, Tomato Jam

Duck Confit: Black Garlic Gnocchi, Mushroom

14-Day Dry-Aged Duck Breast: Honey and Fennel Glaze, Plum Braised Fennel

Chocolate Beet Cake: Cocoa-Rubbed Foie Gras Torchon, Raspberry Gel
