The Stockton’s Inn’s Executive Chef, Alan Heckman, will partner with Philadelphia-based Chef Nick Farina for an autumnal tasting menu featuring duck, a fall foodie favorite. Mr. Farina is the chef/owner of the award-winning Verdad Restaurant & Tequila Bar in Bryn Mawr; Union Taco in Manayunk; and EAT, a 25-seat pop-up destination in Philadelphia’s Northern Liberties neighborhood.
The 5-course duck degustation launches on Wednesday, September 30, 2015, and will be available through Sunday, November 1.
