Chakra3On Tuesday, December 15, 2015, 6:30 p.m., Chakra Restaurant in Paramus, New Jersey, will host a special wine dinner featuring the extraordinary vintages of Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars of Napa, California.

First Course: Day Boat Scallops Ceviche, Citrus Salad; Wine Pairing: Sauvignon Blanc, Stage’s Leap Wine Cellars Aveta, 2014, Napa Valley

Second Course: Bronzino Filet, Fennel, Caper Butter; Wine Pairing: Chardonnay, Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars Karia, 2013, Napa Valley

Third Course: Smoked Pork Tenderloin, Bacon, Porcini Polenta; Wine Pairing: Cabernet Sauvignon, Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars Artemis, 2013, Napa Valley

Fourth Course: 40-Hour Short Ribs, Figs, Onion Confit; Wine Pairing: Cabernet Sauvignon, Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars S.L.V., 2012, Napa Valley

Fifth Course: Warm Chocolate Cake, Blackberry Streusel; Wine Pairing: Cabernet Sauvignon, Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars FAY, 2012, Napa Valley

The cost of the Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars’ dinner is $128.00 per person (plus tax & gratuity). The wine pours are 3-ounce tasting portions. Additional pours will be offered and priced accordingly.
