Terre a Terre - New Year's EveOn Thursday, December 31, 2015, Terre à Terre, 312 Hackensack Street, Carlstadt, New Jersey, will ring in the New Year with a special menu, accepting seatings from 6:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.

Amuse Bouche: Lobster and Caviar “Deviled Egg”

First Course: Slow Roasted Chestnut and Mushroom Soup, Goffle Road Duck Confit, Brussels leaf, Maple

Second Course: Endive, Watercress, Persimmon, Walnut Granola, Pomegranate, Grana Padano

Third Course (Choice of): Whole Roasted Grass-Fed Rib Eye: Manchego & Caramelized Onion Gratin, Duck Fat Roasted Baby Carrots, Maggi Sauce… Viking Village Sea Scallops: Lardons and Wheat Berry, Roasted Cauliflower, Raisin Vinaigrette… Pork Tenderloin Wellington: Smoked Sweet Potato, Purple Kraut, Juniper and Pear Sauce… Statler Chicken Breast: Fingerling Potato Confit, Creamed Leek, Madeira Portobellos, Polenta Cakes, Truffle Cream

Fourth Course: Apple Caraway Brioche Cake Eggnog
