Maritime Parc - InteriorOn Thursday, December 31, 2015, Chef/Owner Chris Siversen of Maritime Parc, 84 Audrey Zapp Drive, Liberty State Park, Jersey City, New Jersey, will host two seatings. Each seating will feature the best of his seafood-focused modern American cooking in a magnificent setting overlooking the marina and Manhattan skyline.

First Course (Choice of) – Rock Shrimp Ravioli: Shitaki, Greens, Shrimp Beurre Blanc… Butternut Squash Risotto: Brussels Sprouts, Bay Scallops… Pork Belly: Sauerkraut, Apples, Shishito, Mustard Reduction… Porcini Dusted Tuna: Crispy Potato, Rosemary, Red Wine Sauce

Second Course (Choice of) – Caramelized Scallops: Butternut Squash, Romesco… Halibut: Lobster-Coconut, Ginger Nage… Short Ribs: Potato-Leek Purée, Eggplant “Caponata Style”… Pork Chop: Pears, Arugula, Juniper-Peppercorn Sauce
