Second Course: Beet Consommé, Pork Rillons, Chestnut, Toasted Horseradish, Pumpernickel; Brew: Stone Arrogant Bastard, California; Wine: Dr. Loosen, Erdener Treppchen Riesling Kabinett, Mosel, Germany, 2013

Third Course: King Crab “Oscar,” Veal Braesola, Asparagus, Béarnaise; Brew: Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier, Germany; Wine: Conundrum, California, 2012
