Beginning Monday, March 21, and continuing through Friday, March 25, 2016, for one week only, Restaurant Nicholas in Red Bank, New Jersey, will be serving a special menu combining black truffles and a variety of the restaurant’s home-made pastas that highlight the freshest of early spring ingredients.

Fifth Course: Cheesecake Strawberry Truffle Compote, Lemon Vanilla Shortbread
