On Thursday, November 3, 2016, 7:00 p.m. – FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY – Restaurant Nicholas, 160 Route 35 South, Red Bank, New Jersey, will host a special five-course menu highlighting one of the season’s most anticipated indulgences – white truffles flown in fresh from Alba, Italy.
First Course: Broschetto al Tartufo Fondue, Wild Mushroom Arancini, White Truffle
Second Course: Potato Soup, Crispy Croquette, Baby Leeks, White Truffle
Third Course: Slow-Poached Organic hen Egg, White Truffle Gris, Caramelized Onion Crème
Fourth Course: Butter-Poached Chicken, White Truffle Potato Mousseline, Brown Butter Mushrooms
Fifth Course: White Truffle Crème Brûlée
