On Sunday, December 11, 2016, 5:30 p.m., Redux: The Restaurant, 3 Central Avenue, Madison, New Jersey, will host an eight-course BYO tasting menu, personally created by chef/owner Robert Ubhaus and sous chef Michael Martello, Jr. The duo will take classic dishes and personalized them; turning them into their own version of modern classics.
