Celebrating New Year’s at Crystal Springs Resort

Crystal Springs Resort, 1 Wild Turkey Way, Hamburg, New Jersey, will ring in 2017 with a variety of festivities… from a family-friendly jazz dinner to lavish dining at 4-star Restaurant Latour to the extravagant Biosphere Party… as well as a New Year’s Day Emerald Brunch.

NEW YEAR’S EVE CELEBRATIONS…

For Merrymakers: You can dance the night away at the Bisophere Party in the spectacular tropical Bisophere pool complex with a live DJ spinning the hottest hits. Guests will enjoy an open bar, hors d’oeuvres, and craft cocktails from the ice bar, as well as a complimentary Champagne toast at midnight. 9:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m., $120.00 per person. Guests dining at Crystal Tavern also receive admission to the Bisophere Party (see details below).

For the Gourmand: Restaurant Latour’s Executive Chef Anthony Bucco and Chef de Cuisine Martyna Krowicka will serve a five-course menu ($165.00 per person; $255.00 with wine pairing) during the early seating from 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. From 8:00 – 9:30 p.m., the restaurant will serve a more elaborate seven-course menu with dishes highlighting the season’s finest bounty ($185.00 per person; $265.00 with wine pairings). Menus will be a surprise, available at time of service.

For Dining and Dancing: Crystal Tavern will serve a five-course menu accompanied by live music. The menu features Cauliflower Soup with crispy oyster and caviar; Asian Pear Salad with bitter greens candied pecans and blue cheese; Seared Scallops with winter squash, golden raisins and capers; Eye of the Rib with truffled potato, charred broccoli and red wine jus; Followed by dessert. The menu is $200.00 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity. Seatings at 5:00 p.m., 5:30 p.m., 8:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. The price also includes admission to the Bisosphere Party.

For Families: Springs Bistro offers a four-course menu ($95.00 per person; $125.00 with optional wine pairing) and a three-course children’s menu ($45.00). Seatings are available at 5:00 p.m., 5:30 p.m., 8:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. The menu begins with Chef’s Selection of Cold Antipasti and continues with Arugula Salad with lemon and extra virgin olive oil; Wild Mushroom and Black Truffle Risotto; Chianti-Braised Beef Short Rib with potatoes and kale; and Chocolate and Hazelnut Biscotti. Family can also enjoy a buffet-style dinner in the Emerald Ballroom with numerous food options: a smorgasbord of appetizers, meats carved to order, an array of pastas, plus entrées, side dishes and desserts.

On New Year’s Day, January 1, 2017, from 10: 30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., guests may enjoy a festive brunch in the Emerald Ballroom with free-flowing Champagne and mimosas. Adults $38.95; children 4-11, $18.00; children 3 and under, free.
