Amuse: Black Truffle Arancini, Black Garlic, Mushroom Butter

First Course: Hudson Valley Foie Gras & Black Truffle Mousse, Brioche, Honey Crisp Apple

Second Course: Hand-Rolled Orecchiette, Organic Egg Yolk, Pancetta, Black Truffle

Third Course: Dove Sole, Lemon Tarragon Butter, Watercress Salad, Black Truffle

Fourth Course: New York Strip Steak, Black Truffle Mousseline, Roasted Maitake Mushrooms

Dessert Amuse: Lemon Sherbet, Truffle Honey, Lemon Shortbread

The price of the 2017 black truffle menu is $145.00 per person (plus beverages, tax & gratuity); and will be served in the dining room only.
