Restaurant Latour: Chef du Latour Martyna Krowicka will woo guests with a five-course menu highlighting flavors of the season and luxury ingredients particularly well-suited for a Valentine’s Day date night. The menu will begin with Kumamoto Oysters with car acara oranges and poppy seeds and Medai Crudo (Antarctic butterfish) with turnips and crème fraîche. Guests will then indulge in Chestnut Agnolotti made with chestnut flour, drizzled with a stout beer reduction, and crowned with black truffles; and Wagyu Rib Eye with parsley root and golden raisins. Black Forest Cake with cocoa nibs, sweet cream, and preserved cherry will conclude the Valentine’s feast. The cost is $115.00 per person; $55.00 additional with wine pairings (plus tax & gratuity).
Crystal Tavern: Will offer a three-course menu starting with a choice of Jerusalem Artichoke Soup, Black Risotto with king shrimp or Beef Carpaccio with apple, arugula, and pecorino. The second course will feature Tortellini with pumpkin and turmeric; Lemon Sole with brown butter shrimp & capers; or Beef Filet with broccoli purée and five spice jus. Desserts such as Warm Chocolate Cake with red currant, Ginger Poached Pear or Crème Brûlée round out the meal. A limited à la carte menu will also be available. The cost is $70.00 per person; an additional $25.00 with wine pairings (plus tax & gratuity).
Springs Bistro: Will charm guests with an Italian-inspired four-course menu beginning with Sweet Potato Soup with cinnamon crème and pumpkin seeds or Arugula Salad with pomegranate and pine nuts. Guests will then enjoy a choice of pasta: Tagliatelle with figs and herbs or Garganelle with smoked oil, basil and pecorino. Venison is dry rubbed in coffee and served with cherries and yams, while the Salmond is accompanied by walnuts in red wine sauce. For the finale, Chocolate Tarte is companioned by citrus fruits and almonds and Panna Cotta with rose and pomegranate. The cost is $79.00 per person; $26.00 additional with wine pairings (plus tax & gratuity).
