During the month of the February, the Pluckemin Inn, Bedminster, New Jersey, will host two Italian wine dinners. The Tuscany wine dinner will be held on Friday, February 10, 2017; the dinner highlighting wines from central and southern Italy will be held on Friday, February 24, 2017.
Resident Master of Wine Chris Cree, will guide guests through the wines, providing information and background, while Executive Chef Andrew Lattanzio will create a menu to complement these beautiful vintages.
