On Friday, February 17, 2017, 7:30 p.m., Restaurant Nicholas in Red Bank, New Jersey, will host a special evening that celebrates the traditional art form of pasta making. The first course menu will feature a variety of 100% homemade pastas, encompassing the freshest ingredients from land and sea.

First Course: Wild Ramp & Goat Cheese Ravioli, Wild Arugula, Parmigiano Reggiano
Second Course: Tagliatelle, Black Trumpets, Fennel Pollen, Pecorino dei Malatesta al Sangiovese
Third Course: Hand-Rolled Cavatelli, Butter Poached Nova Scotia Lobster, Broccoli & Olive Oil Purée
Fourth Course: Crispy Lasagna “Millefoglie”
