Agricola Community Eatery, Eleven Witherspoon Street, Princeton, New Jersey, will be celebrating the arrival the Jersey tomato season with a special Tomato Tasting Menu, featuring tomatoes grown at the restaurant’s own Great Road Farm in Skillman, NJ.
Great Road Farm Tomato Consommé: Crab, Cucumber, Basil Oil
Smoked Mussel Toast: Cherry Tomatoes, Corn Purée, Red Peppers
Grilled Hanger Steak: Corn, Shishito Peppers, Green Tomatoes
Washington Crossing Cheese: Heirloom Tomato Jam, Pickled Figs
Olive Oil Cake: Candied Tomato, Lemon-Basil Ice Cream
The cost of the Tomato Tasting Menu is $70.00 per person (plus beverages, tax & gratuity). The menu will be available daily at dinner throughout the season. The restaurant requests that the entire table participate on Friday and Saturday evenings.
