The lamb chop will be the cornerstone of this four-course menu; but the restaurant’s unique take on traditional chop house sides dishes and dessert ensure a memorably delicious evening.

First Course: Filet Mignon Tartare, Egg Yolk, Bread & Herbs

Second Course: French Onion Soup, Beef Jus, Melted Gruyère
