On Thursday, October 18, 2018, 7:00 p.m., Restaurant Nicholas in Red Bank, New Jersey, will host a four course dinner of new dishes from the Restaurant Nicholas kitchen paired with special cocktails using house-made syrups, barrel-aged liquors, and fresh pressed juices.

Second Course – “Jalisco Devil”: Herrudura Reposado Tequila, Jalapeño Infused Agave, Fresh Pineapple Juice; Food Pairing: Chicken Tamales, Masa, Pulled Chicken, Salsa Rojo
Third Course – “Kentucky Apple”: Kentucky Spirit Nicholas Barrel Reserve Bourbon, Apple Cider, Brown Sugar; Food Pairing: Duo of Pork, Crispy Pork Belly and Fried Tete Cochon “Kabobs”
Fourth Course – “Bourbon Maple Fig”: Widow Jane12-Year Nicholas Barrel Reserve, Maple Fig Jam; Food Pairing: Bourbon Pecan Pie, Bourbon Ice Cream
