The celebration on Thursday, November 22, 2018, will feature something for everyone… from family-friendly buffets to live entertainment to traditional turkey dinner.
The Cascades Lodge offers three different options for families. The Emerald Ballroom will host a grand buffet from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., featuring everything from local cheeses, salads and seafood to a lavish hot and cold buffet to a carving station with Turmeric Roasted Turkey and Garlic Herb Roast Prime Rib of Beef. The dessert bar offers pumpkin pie, apple crumble and more with live entertainment. The buffet menu is $59.00 per person; $25.00 for children 4-11.
Crystal Tavern will offer a three-course Thanksgiving dinner with turkey and all the trimmings from 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. A wine pairing and à la carte menu will also be available. The Crystal Tavern menu is $65.00 per person; $35.00 for an optional wine pairing; $25.00 for children under 11.
Springs Bistro will put an Italian spin on the holiday with its three-course Thanksgiving menu featuring Autumn Agnolotti with pancetta and sage, a traditional turkey dinner entrée, and apple pie. Served from 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., the Springs Bistro menu is $65.00 per person; $35.00 for an optional wine pairing; and $25.00 for children under 11. A limited à la carte menu will also be available.
Minerals Hotel Diamond Ballroom will offer a buffet from 11:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. with a seafood bar, hot and cold buffets, carving & pasta stations, a children’s buffet and a selection of desserts. The menu is $49.95 per person; $2494 for children 4-11.
Black Bear, a more casual lunch option, will serve a buffet from 11:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., including endless shrimp, turkey carving, desserts and live entertainment. The buffet is $38.95 per person; $14.95 for children 4-11.
