Amani - InteriorOn Tuesday, December 17 and Wednesday, December 18, 2019, Amani’s BYOB Restaurant, 105 East Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown, Pennsylvania, will be hosting their Feast of the Seven Fishes annual dinner.

First Course – Baccala Fritter: Herbs, Potato, Black Garlic Aioli

Second Course – Shrimp Gnocchi: Shrimp Fumet, Baby Shrimp, Kale

Third Course – Puttanesca Bruschetta: Anchovies, Olives, Tomato, Pine Nuts, Bacon, Capers, Grilled Sourdough

Fourth Course – Grilled Calamari: Arugula, Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette, Cucumber, Roasted Peppers

Fifth Course – Manila Clams and Mussels: Bucatini, Guanciale, Parsley, White Wine Broth, Preserved Lemon

Sixth Course – Lobster Tail Franchaise: Saffron Velouté, Squid Ink Infused Polenta, Braised Kale, Pine Nuts

Seventh Course – Limoncello Panna Cotta: Pomegranate Syrup
