On Tuesday, December 17 and Wednesday, December 18, 2019, Amani’s BYOB Restaurant, 105 East Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown, Pennsylvania, will be hosting their Feast of the Seven Fishes annual dinner.
First Course – Baccala Fritter: Herbs, Potato, Black Garlic Aioli
Second Course – Shrimp Gnocchi: Shrimp Fumet, Baby Shrimp, Kale
Third Course – Puttanesca Bruschetta: Anchovies, Olives, Tomato, Pine Nuts, Bacon, Capers, Grilled Sourdough
Fourth Course – Grilled Calamari: Arugula, Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette, Cucumber, Roasted Peppers
Fifth Course – Manila Clams and Mussels: Bucatini, Guanciale, Parsley, White Wine Broth, Preserved Lemon
Sixth Course – Lobster Tail Franchaise: Saffron Velouté, Squid Ink Infused Polenta, Braised Kale, Pine Nuts
Seventh Course – Limoncello Panna Cotta: Pomegranate Syrup
