On Sunday evening, February 21, 2021, Restaurant Alba, 7 West King Street, Malvern, Pennsylvania, will host a special dinner featuring a five-course tasting menu with wine pairing. The dinner will explore the Austrian influence on the wine, food, and culture of Northeast Italy, specifically the regions of Veneto, Friuli, and Alto Adige.

Course Two: Grilled Pennsylvania Brown Trout, Crema of Speck & Red Currants; Wine Pairing: 2018, Beltrame, Ribolla Gialla, Friuli-Venezia Giulia
Course Three: Prune Stuffed Gnocchi, Braised Duck & Roasted Chestnuts; Wine Pairing: 2018, Schiopetto, “Collio,” Friuliano, Friuli-Venezia Giulia
Course Four: Braised Beef, Winter Squash, Bread Dumplings & Smoked Ricotta; Wine Pairing: 2017, Elena Walch, Lagrein, Alto Adige
Course Five: Apple Stuffed Bombolini; Wine Pairing: 2015, Secoli, Reciota di Gambellara, Veneto
