On Tuesday, May 5th, Funky Lil’ Kitchen will be offering its unique take on Cinco de Mayo. In addition to the restaurant’s regular menu, there will be a special three-course prix-fixe priced at $30.00 per person (plus tax & gratuity).
The menu will consist of:
1st Course: Tomato Gazpacho with Crema
2nd Course: Chipotle-Scented Braised Pork with Rice, Beans & Chard
3rd Course: Roasted Banana Quesadilla with Mexican Chocolate Drizzle
Diners are welcome to BYOB, and the restaurant will be pouring a complimentary glass of Margarita or Corona, as it wouldn’t be Cinco de Mayo without them.
Normal reservations will be accepted for the evening, but patrons are asked to specify if they are coming for the Cinco de Mayo menu. (610) 326-7400.
