Chef Bill Dorrier of Due Terre Enoteca in Bernardsville and Due Mari Pesce e Vinoteca in New Brunswick will be cooking at the James Beard House in New York City on Wednesday, August 5th, beginning at 7:00 p.m.
The event will be held at the Beard House, which is located at 167 West 12th Street, New York City. The cost is $100.00 per person for James Beard Foundation members; $100.00 per person for friends of Due Terre and Due Mari; and $125.00 per person for the general public.
