Amuse Bouche: Baked Black Mission Figs, Australian Stilton Cheese

Wine: De Bortoli DB Sparkling Brut, South Australia

 

1st Course: New Zealand Steamed Mussels, Green Apple, Scallion, Creamy Curry Broth

Wine: Roogle Riesling, Western Australia, 2008

 

2nd Course: Pepper Ostrich Carpaccio, Hamachi Sashimi, Chanterelle Mushroom Salad, Kaffir Lime Emulsion

Wine: De Bortoli “Vat 4” Petit Verdot, South Australia, 2006

 

Entrée: Braised Kangaroo, Rutabaga & Chestnut Ragout, Shiraz Wine Sauce

Wine: Torbreck “Woodcutters” Shiraz, Barossa Valley, 2007

 

Dessert: Dark Chocolate & Black Cherry Bread Pudding, Almond Ice Cream

Wine: Willowglen Tawny Port, South Australia
