Amada Restaurant in Philly to Host Special Beer Dinner

amada-restaurantOn Monday, March 8th, Chef Jose Garces’ acclaimed Old City Spanish Tapas Bar and Restaurant, Amada, in conjunction with Stoudts Brewing Company, will host a special beer dinner. A reception will be held from 6:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. followed by a five-course dinner pairing Chef de Cuisine Macgregor Mann’s flavorful culinary offerings with the brewery’s extraordinary brews.

 

The menu will include…

 

Smoked Sea Scallop with Barley risotto

Brew: Oktober Fest

 

American “Brie Style” Cheese in Coral Form with Almond Crackers

Brew: Bock

 

“Hopped” Organic Egg, Black Garlic Purée, Crispy Bacon, and Smoked Trout Roe

Brew: Double IPA

 

Malt-Braised Venison and Caramelized Yogurt

Brew: Fat Dog Stout

 

Dulce de Leche

Brew: Old Abominable Barley Wine
