This coming Friday, June 4th, the Pluckemin Inn in Bedminster, New Jersey, will host another in its ongoing series of Friday Night Dinner Club events. This next gathering will focus on the foods and wines of Burgundy.

Canapes:
A Sampling of Burgundian Flavors and Favorites
1st Course:
Scallop, Spring Garlic Soubise, Parsley Jus
2nd Course:
Egg Meurette, Short Rib, Tomato Marmalade
3rd Course:
Coq au Vin, Organic Mushroom, Young Onion, Spring Carrot, House-Made Bacon
Dessert:
A Surprise from Pastry Chef Joseph Gabriel
All courses will be perfectly paired with Burgundy wine selections by sommelier Brian Hider.
