“Jersey Dinner” at Salt Studio

On Friday, June 8th, 7:00 p.m., Salt Studio, 4 Lenape Road, Andover, New Jersey, will host a “Jersey Dinner,” with all menu items sourced fromGarden State purveyors.

The menu is as follows: 

Salad: Baby Greens with Roasted Vegetables and Bobolink “Cave-Ripened Cheddar” with “Studio-Made” Flatbread; Libation: Alba Pinot Noir

Appetizer: “Fried Chicken” with a Hearty Green Slaw and “Sussex County Honey” –Mustard; Libation: Flying Fish “Exit 6” WallonianRye Ale

Entrée: “Field & Stream”: Jersey Day-Boat Scallops with Black Angus Tenderloin and an Alba “Raspberry Wine” Reduction; Libation: Cava “Zincato” Chardonnay

Dessert: Flourless Chocolate Cake with ‘Lavender” Ice Cream; Libation: Alba Vineyards “Red Raspberry” Dessert Wine

*Studio reserves the right to make menu changes as needed due to availability.

The cost of the “Jersey Dinner” is $70.00 per person (tax & gratuity included). Ticked are available at www.saltgastropub.com. Tickets are nonrefundable.
