Chakra Restaurant Hosts Hudson Whiskey Dinner

The next in the continuing series of popular “Fork & Cork” dinners at Chakra Restaurant in Paramus, New Jersey, will be held on Wednesday, June 26th, at 6:30 p.m.; and Chef Thomas Ciszak will prepare a special four-course menu paired with four different Hudson Whiskey spirits.

Special guest of the evening will be Distiller/Brand Ambassador Gable Erenzo; and GM/Beverage Director Evelyn Ciszak will unveil her first barrel-aged cocktail. In addition, each guest will receive an autographed bottle of Hudson Whiskey Baby Bourbon, a $45.00 value.

Reception: Passed Hors d’Oeuvres; Libation: Hudson Whiskey Barrel-Aged Summer Bloom Cocktail

First Course: Four Grain Cured Salmon, Barley-Cucumber Salad; Libation: Four Grain Bourbon

Second Course: Malt Beer Glazed Duck, Spicy Carrot-Coconut Broth; Libation: Manhattan Rye

Third Course: “BBQ” Pork Tenderloin, Bacon, Molasses, Pork Jus; Libation: Single Malt

Fourth Course: Peanut Dacquoise, Caramelized Bananas, Jivara Milk Chocolate Chantilly, Hawaiian Sea Salt; Libation: Baby Bourbon

*About Fork & Cork: Chef Thomas Ciszak of Chakra in Paramus and Blue Morel in Morristown launched his dining club, Fork & Cork, a series of intimate monthly dinners, to appeal to the adventurous of palate.
