On Wednesday, August 5, 2015, Executive Chef Alan Heckman of the Stockton Inn, 1 South Main Street, Stockton, New Jersey, will partner with celebrated Philadelphia Chef Al Paris for a five-course tasting menu featuring the quintessential summertime favorite – lobster. The tasting menu will be available through Sunday, September 6.

Grilled Lobster Sausage: Scallop and Tomato-Riesling Gastrique
