On New Year’s Eve 2015, the Strip House in Hotel Westminster, 550 West Mount Pleasant Avenue, Livingston, New Jersey, will be serving dinner from 5:00 p.m. – 12:00 midnight. The Bar will be open from 2:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.
The restaurant will be featuring its regular à la carte menu along with extravagant specials such as Cauliflower Panna Cotta with American Sturgeon Caviar; Lobster Thermidor; and Filet Mignon with Foie Gras Mousse & Black Winter Truffles.
For those diners who elect to spend the night, the Westminster Hotel’s newly refurbished modern-luxe guest rooms will be offered at special holiday rates.
