Amuse: Chestnut, Butternut Squash, Black Truffle

Second Course: Mushroom Bisque, Foie Gras Butter, Black Truffle

Third Course: Pecorino Senese Agnolotti Verde, Black Truffle Crème

Fourth Course: Butter-Poached Nova Scotia Lobster, Black Truffle Pommes Mousseline, Maitake Tempura

Fifth Course: Organic Chicken Confit Potpie, Black Truffle, Winter Root Vegetables

Dessert Amuse: Lemon Sorbet, Truffle Honey

Dessert Tasting: White Chocolate & Black Truffle Ganache, Milk Chocolate Ice Cream
