Crystal Springs Resort in Hamburg, New Jersey, will offer patrons several interesting options for Easter Sunday Dining.
Restaurant Latour will served a decadent Easter Brunch featuring Scrambled Eggs with crispy oyster, caviar and chili butter; a take on chicken and waffles with Quail on a stout waffle and smoked maple syrup; and Wagyu Flatiron with blue cheese & lettuce soup. Each table will receive a basket of fresh baked breakfast breads with cultured butters and fruit preserves. Brunch will be served from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.; two courses priced at $55.00 per person; three courses for $75.00.
Emerald Ballroom will host its annual Easter brunch buffet from 1:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., complete with a visit from the Easter Bunny. The brunch will feature an elaborate hot and cold buffet with stations serving seafood, omelets, carved meats and dessert. The East brunch is $59.00 for adults; $25.00 for children 4-11; children under 3 free.
Crystal Tavern will serve a three-course prix-fixe Easter brunch menu from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., featuring dishes like Pork Terrine with house-made mustard; Wild Mushroom Tart with leeks, goat cheese and arugula; and Lamb with soft polenta and salsa verde. The cost is $39.00 per person.
Springs Bistro brings Italian inspiration to the holiday, serving a three-course prix-fixe Easter dinner menu from 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Featured will be Spring Minestrone with dandelion and gremolata; Swordfish with oyster mushrooms and watercress; and Lamb with pistachios, carrots and couscous. The cost is $59.00 per person; $89.00 with wine pairings. The à la carte menu will also be available.
