Frog and Peach - Festival of PeachesBeginning on Thursday, August 2nd, and continuing through the month of September, the Frog and the Peach in New Brunswick, New Jersey, will be serving a special five-course peach tasting menu with the eponymous fruit present in every course.

Half Shell Oyster: Peach Mignonette Granita; Wine Pairing: Juvé y Camps Cava Brut “Reserva de la Familia,” Penedes, Spain, NV

Peach Carpaccio: Crispy Duck Confit, Spiced Almonds, Arugula, Prosecco Vinaigrette; Wine Pairing: Gueissard Bandol Rosé, Rhône, France, 2016

Grilled Lamb T-Bone: Cranberry Beans, Peach and Mint Jam; Wine Pairing: López de Heredia Cubillo Crianza, Rioja, Spain, 2009

Burrata Cheese: Pan Roasted Peaches, Rosemary, Balsamic Vinegar; Wine Pairing: Bergström “Cumberland Reserve” Pinot Noir, Willamette, Oregon, 2014

Peach and Champagne Semifreddo: Poppy Seed Shortbread; Wine Pairing: Champalou Vouvray Cuvée Fondraux, 2017

The five-course peach tasting menu is priced at $73.00 per person (plus tax & gratuity). The wine pairings are an additional $48.00 per person.
