Kimberton Inn - Main Dining RoomOn Thursday, September 27, 2018, 6:30 p.m., the Kimberton Inn, Kimberton, Pennsylvania, will host its Monthly Wine and Food Pairing, choosing five distinct wines – different in region, production and style – paired with a uniquely crafted five-course meal prepared by Chef Tom Wolter.

Lobster Gazpacho: Grilled Spicy Cucumber, Purple Ninja Radish, Celery Heart Salad; Wine Pairing: Florent Cosme Vouvray Demi Sec Utopie, 2016, France

Warm Mozzarella “Caesar” Crostini: Parsley Pistou, Tomato Fillet; Wine Pairing: Cantina Marilina Sikele Grecanico, 2016, Italy

Duroc Pork Schnitzel: Herb Spaetzle, Quick-Pickled Red Cabbage, Apple-Calvados Cream; Wine Pairing: Weingut Rita & Rudolf Trossen Pinot Noir, 2015, Germany

Locally Raised Beef Tenderloin: Wild Mushroom Duxelles, Melted Spinach, Foie Gras Demi Glace; Wine Pairing: Clos du Mont Olivet “Le Petite Mont,” France

Brown Butter Crepes: Caramelized Bananas, Grape Compote, Candied Peanuts; Wine Pairing: Tokaji
