On Thursday, October 4, 2018, chef/proprietors Alex and Tara Hardy of At the Table BYOB, 11 Louella Court, Wayne, Pennsylvania, will welcome Chef Jason Hook for an intimate autumn evening meal.
Chef Hook, who has cooked in the elite kitchens of Alain Ducasse, Jean-Georges, Christian Delouvier and Philip Legendre, and is currently of the chef/owner of H20 Kitchen, in conjunction with Chefs Alex and Tara Hardy, will generate an exceptional dining experience.

First Course – Lobster Crudo: Autumn Veg Matignon, Flavors of Autumn Gazpacho

Third Course – Duck Neck Tortellini: Truffles, Duck Consommé, Albusera, Parmesan
“Intermezzo” – Cucumber Sorbet: Aged Olive Oil, Sea Salt
Fourth Course – 28-Day Dry Aged “Ribeye”: Decal Torchon, Textures of Swiss Chard, Fig Bordelaise
Fifth Course – Pumpkin Cheesecake “Panna Cotta”: Graham Merengue, Concord Grape, Graham
