From Tuesday, August 14, through Friday, August 17, 2018, Restaurant Nicholas in Red Bank, New Jersey, will be serving their eagerly anticipated annual lobster menu.
For this special Restaurant Nicholas summer tradition, Nicholas flies in Nova Scotia lobsters that have come out of the ocean less than 24 hours before. Four courses showcase fresh lobster paired with locally sourced summer produce, including Jersey corn and tomatoes. This is one menu that you won’t want to miss.
First Course: Mug of “Kennebunk” Lobster Bisque
Second Course: Classic Maine Lobster Roll
Third Course: Open-Faced Lobster Ravioli
Fourth Course: Broiled Lobster “Thermidor”
Dessert: Blueberry Crumb Cake, Mascarpone Cream, Blueberry ice Cream
