On Father’s Day, Sunday, June 17th, Chef Andrew Lattanzio of the Pluckemin Inn, Bedminster, New Jersey, will be creating a special menu for Dad with three & four course options.

Father’s Day Menu…

Appetizers (Choice of):

Three Meadows Farm Baby Greens, Herbs, Verjus Vinaigrette

Bibb Lettuce Salad, Cherry Tomato, Feta, Cucumber, Preserved Lemon

Chilled Leek & Potato Soup, Manilla Clams, Herb Pesto

Barbequed Quail, Eggplant Caponata, Chili Vinaigrette

Aquarello Risotto, Sungold Tomato, Pecorino Romano, Fines Herbs

Grilled Wild Shrimp, American Prosciutto, Basil, Arugula

Three courses (appetizer, entrée, dessert) are priced at $60.00 per person; four courses (two appetizers, entrée, dessert) at $70.00 per person.  Reservations will be available from 4:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
